I am originally from Anglesey and after more than 20 years living and working in Ireland, Switzerland, France, Majorca and the Wirral I have finally returned to my roots and i’m excited once again to be cooking and providing a ‘chef service’ to the residents and guests of Anglesey and North Wales.
My philosophy for cooking is straightforward and uncomplicated. It is simply to use the best and freshest of local and seasonal produce. I am a keen gardener and therefore most of the herbs, vegetables and fruit will be homegrown. My aim is to give clients “A taste of Anglesey”.
Whilst I have sample menus on the website, these are merely a guide/suggestion of what is available. I love nothing more than to design a menu tailoring to your requirements.
